Company Registration Information

Company online registration will be available on October 1st, 2009. Registration will close when all tables have been reserved or on December 25th, 2009 whichever comes first.

Registration Cost

The cost of reserving a table for one day of the career fair is $610. This fee covers breakfast and lunch for 4 company representatives, a booth, 2 parking vouchers, and the 2009-2010 GTSBE Resume CD. This CD includes the resumes of our NSBE chapter members. Companies are asked to only reserve one table for either Wednesday or Thursday of the Career Fair. Please note that the Career Fair is open to ALL Georgia Tech students and is not limited to specific majors or ethnic groups.

Payment

Payment options will become available after you submit your registration. You will receive a confirmation email that contains an invoice and payment information. All payments must be postmarked by January 1, 2010. If special payment arrangements need to be made, please contact the GTSBE Public Relations Chair, Akilah Doyle, at gtsbe.pr@gmail.com before the payment deadline. Companies that do not submit payments by the deadline will forfeit their reservation. If you have already registered your company but no longer plan to attend, please email GTSBE Public Relations immediately so that others on the waiting list will have the opportunity to attend.
