WHAT IS LDR?
Lambda Delta Rho (LDR) is the freshman leadership component of GTSBE. LDR participants are responsible for organizing community service projects, fundraising ventures, and planning fun and impactful events.

Develop leadership skills of first-year students

Create a community of black first-year students that positively impact each other and Georgia Tech
Leadership
LDR has its own executive board, where first-year students work as a team to create events that inform others and make change.
Networking
Connect with upperclassmen, professionals and your peers in order to establish relationships that will benefit you and your goals.
Growth
Participating in LDR presents you with a large variety of challenges and opportunities to gain important knowledge.
Community
Build relationships with other first-year students to create a "family" that supports and helps you through anything.
